- Daniel Ganley Added December 01, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Usually our go to but meals have been declining for some time. Today's service was quite slow for the number of people in there, almost 50 minutes. Meals came out overcooked and burnt, and did not match the description on the menu. Bit disappointing as we used to quite enjoy the meals and service at primo.

There were two other tables who were noticeably frustrated at the wait also and witnessed another table get up and leave after waiting 20+ minutes for their free pancake. Overall, the food was tasty with the presentation on the salad looking fantastic but the presentation on a simple chicken dish was not great with some runny sauce, soggy chips and a very small chicken breast fillet. Have not been to this Primo in years but had a very similar experience last visit also. Wouldn't recommend to others unless you have time to waste. Two stars because the chefs salad was quite good.

There was a free pancake with meals and a buffet of extra dishes if you needed more. We were there on Monday which was $14 schnitzel night, highly recommend
